Good to Know
3 Payment System:
- One third to begin, one third mid-way, one third on compleation is our standard billing practice.
- All work will begin upon receipt of first payment (also called retainer) of written estimate.
- A Mid-way Payment will be determined based on project phases or due dates.
- Final payment is due upon receipt of the completed work. Add-on’s after the delivery of the final project will be treated as a separate project.
- Web projects will “launch” after receipt of final payment.
Additional Labor:
- If labor in addition to the original estimate is requested, a new estimate will be sent before additional work begins.
- The estimate is based on the details of the project when the project begins. Any additional labor will be bill separately.
- If the need for additional labor based on the original estimate becomes necessary and exceeds 5% of the original estimate, you will be notified.
